Horizontal/Vertical Flip Effect

These two effects allow horizontal and vertical flipping of the entire image or any part.

To flip the entire image, make sure everything is selected, or nothing is selected.
To flip just a certain portion of an image, make sure that only the portion that you want to flip is selected.
